About

Bryan Aja’s key projects are in faculty personnel, retention and development, curricular planning, course offerings, governance, and just-in-time solutions for the extraordinary scholars who teach on the Oakland campus. His experience as an administrator spans multiple functional areas including departmental coordination, course and program development, service appointments, labor union management, internal grants, assessment, and communications. Prior to that, experience as a lecturer and adjunct made him acutely aware of the efforts by faculty and the ways leadership can aid classroom instruction. His own professional development is currently centered on compliance care and inclusive learning for international students.
