Bio

Beth Kochly is a physical organic chemist whose research explores reaction mechanisms and reactive intermediates in ionic liquids. She is also an advocate for underrepresented and marginalized groups in STEM, and strives to create a culture of inclusivity and excellence both inside and outside the classroom.
